Entrepreneurs Rachida Khalil and Balil Dabri have acquired the master franchise rights for REMAX Morocco, bringing the brand’s proven model to one of North Africa’s most dynamic real estate markets.
As co-owners of a transportation and logistics company, Khalil and Dabri were living in France when they began searching for a business opportunity that would allow them to settle permanently in Morocco.
“One day, we noticed a REMAX sign on a house for sale, which sparked our curiosity,” they shared. “After some research, we discovered that it was a franchise perfectly suited to the Moroccan market, with particularly strong potential. As we delved deeper, we realized that this opportunity matched exactly the life project we had been searching for.”
